Easily book your voiceover
Ordering and booking a voiceover session with me is simple and straight forward. Here is a quick guide for the ordering process you can expect when we work together. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to drop me a message.
Orders received by 12 noon CET are usually completed same day for straight forward projects.
1. Drop me a message
Send me some details about your project either via email or using the form on the contact page. Provide as much detail as you can on:
- your budget
- if your project includes paid advertising
- the platforms your project will use e.g. YouTube, national/regional TV or radio etc.
- How many online impressions / paid TVRs your project is expecting
- If you require editing/post production (removal of breaths, EQ etc) – this is recommended unless you already have an audio engineer who will do the post-production/polish for the audio.
The more information I have to hand about what your project is, how many people will hear it, where it will be used, the easier it is for me to provide a quote.
Include your script and some direction on how you would like me to perform the read. Any references/links to material that I can review greatly helps.
2. The session
Once I have everything I need, I’ll provide a sample read of your script. I typically provide multiple reads to give you different styles for consideration.
3. review & Acceptance
You’ll receive your free, no obligation quote together with a link to your sample read for consideration. At this point you can request any tweaks to the style if needed. If you’re happy with the sample and want the full read, just reply via email to confirm acceptance of the quote. Please ensure that your script is 100% accurate as any changes later will be treated as a new job.
4. delivery & sign-off
Once I’ve completed the full read, I’ll deliver your audio as both .mp3 and high quality .wav files. Delivery normally takes place via Dropbox or WeTransfer (let me know if you have a preference). At this point, you may want some minor ‘pickups’ in places. I offer my clients a generous allowance with pickups. However, if after multiple rounds of pickups you’re still not happy, then I can void your invoice as part of my satisfaction guarantee.
It’s important to note that until full payment is made, as per my terms and conditions, no license is granted for the use of the audio. Once payment is received, in full, you are automatically granted the agreed license detailed in the project outline document I send at the start of each job.
